Wholesome Goodness

The aroma of fresh bread

Is the best smell to wake up to.
I had a wholegrain bun.
It was plain except for a few raisins.
Dusted with some flour on top,
With a nice hard crust
And soft lovely crumb.
It tasted like real bread should.
Savoury in the mildest sense
Lingering on my palate for a few seconds.

You should try it some time too. Taste food in its wholesome goodness.
