Fukuoka Starbucks

I have a love-hate relationship with Starbucks but that’s another story to tell. Most of us think all Starbucks look more or less the same. It’s the coffee that you care about. Well, think again because today’s post is on a very DIFFERENT Starbucks.
Take a look at this Starbucks in Fukuoka, Japan. Japanese architect, Kengo Kuma employed the traditional technique of interlocking wooden blocks. I thought the result is stunning, a marriage of both traditional and contemporary.
